Rich is great to work with and he came up with some amazing ideas. He created this light feature with old barnwood and hand forged chains. He is direct but respectful. He always shows up, never missed a day and I’ve never had that with a contractor in my life. Took longer than he said, but it wasn’t a big deal. He and his guys were great. He came on a Saturday by himself to demolish a bathroom just to start the project on time. That's just not something you find in a contractor! He’s the best there no doubt. Its amazing years later. Pays attention to detail and he listens, which was a first. He’s A+++ on all levels. He’s an artist. There's a story behind every piece, where else are you going to find that!
